How do I rejoice despite my circumstances?

God as Paul says in Philippians 4 and as he lived out in his actions and persistent hope in you

Help me to understand Paul's words and his hope and strength:

I rejoiced in the Lord greatly that now at length you have revived your concern for me. You were indeed concerned for me, but you had no opportunity. Not that I am speaking of being in need, for I have learned in whatever situation I am to be content. I know how to be brought low, and I know how to abound. In any and every circumstance, I have learned the secret of facing plenty and hunger, abundance and need. I can do all things through him who strengthens me. (Philippians 4:10-13 ESV)

God I struggle with how to rejoice now while I am sick.
I have less energy to do your work and seek you God, so how do I rejoice and be content?
God when ministry is bumpy or even struggling how do I rejoice?
When people reject you how do I rejoice?

Lord Teach me to say with Paul

I have learned to be content in all situations because I can do all things through Christ who strengthens  me!
Amen
