"Blessed be the Lord who has given rest to his people Israel, according to all that he promised. Not one word has failed of all his good promise, which he spoke by Moses his servant.

This is a good reminder to me that God will give us rest and fulfill all his promise. I think particularly of the promise of heaven. Right now I feel weary and torn and I need that hope of God's rest and promises. I want to remember that God has been and is faithful.
Lord Jesus I ask for a taste of that rest now to sustain me. Lord as you were faithful to Israel you have been faithful to me. Help me hold on to the hope of you rest and promises.
